A large spa in the grounds of a Victorian country house, where the outdoor Spa Terrace has a glass-fronted, juniper-lined sauna beside warm pools and cold-water barrels. Indoors there are more heat rooms, including a Finnish sauna, so a day here moves between hot and cold at an easy pace.
