A wood-fired sauna beside the slipway at Dunure Harbour, with views across the Clyde to Arran. A sauna host guides each session, and you can cool off in the harbour water or with buckets and showers. Heated changing rooms are on site.

Opening hours
Open year-round, with sessions at set times shown on the booking page. Ages 16 and over. Swimwear is required. If you want a sea dip, book a couple of hours either side of high tide.
