A Finnish-style wood-fired sauna built into a horse box on the banks of the River Stour at Whichford Mill, deep in the countryside on the edge of the Cotswolds. Between rounds you can dip in the river, sink into a spring-filled cast iron bath or rest on the covered veranda.

Wednesday evenings have a silent sauna and a women's sauna with a guided ritual. Sauna and soak sessions with the hot tub run on Friday to Sunday mornings, with mini retreats on alternate Sunday afternoons. Children aged 12 and over are welcome with one adult each.
