A wood-fired barrel sauna set in the dunes at Druridge Bay, a short walk from the North Sea. Visitors move between the heat, cold plunge baths and an optional sea dip, then warm up around a fire pit. Alongside regular community and private sessions there are women's evenings and slower rituals timed to the tides and moon.

Opening hours
Community sessions run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and all day on Sunday. Private sessions can be arranged at other times, and women-only evenings run on selected Wednesdays. Check the booking page for current times.
