A Nordic-style wood-fired sauna in the yoga garden of the rewilded Knepp Estate, set under an old oak beside a wild swimming pond. Rounds of heat are broken up with pond swims, a cold shower and tea served mid-session. A peaceful countryside escape with a strong community feel.
