A wood-fired sauna on the shore of the Menai Strait near Penmon Point at the eastern tip of Anglesey. Visits are timed around the tide, with the beach and the Carneddau mountains for company.

Opening hours

Open Thursday to Sunday, from two hours before to two hours after high tide, plus evening sessions from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Open every day during the Easter holidays, May half term and bank holidays. Free parking next to the sauna but no public toilets, so come prepared. Check the booking page for current times.
